Alexander Wang is leaving New York Fashion Week and is sure that all will remember. Wang, who announced recently that he’ll no longer be showing at NYFW, just bade farewell with a memorable runway show for the upcoming F/W 2018 season.
Set at the Times Square, Wang presented a retro meets office life scenario with models in corporate-ish enables and 80’s hair styles. Backstage was also NYC based artist John Yuyi, who presented one of the outfits via her social media with a flamboyant social media tattoo added on her chest and posing with Bella Hadid.
Accessories went big in the collection, coming in the form of “CEO” belts or as glittery heels and tights. At his grand finale, Wang has also unveiled his upcoming eyewear collaboration with Korean label, Gentle Monster. With futuristic mini frames, the sunglass range is undoubtedly a highlight to wait patiently for.
