Entertainment 23 Jan 2017

Things certainly got political over the past few days. Donald Trump had his inauguration while women everywhere took to the streets to protest about their rights during Women’s March 2017. The event went global as people filled the streets of their hometowns from Washington DC, New York, London, Paris, and Berlin. Celebrities and Hollywood stars also participated as they stood with their fellow women or shared inspiring and fiery speeches (Ashley Judd simply blew me away!). Artists also joined including Zoe Buckman who marched the streets of New York with husband David Schwimmer and daughter Cleo. Additionally, Shepard Fairey created a line of protest posters “We are the People” depicting woman of various nationalities and religions.
