✦ Last week I travelled back to London for the Private View of my second solo exhibition ‘Uni-Verse’ at Palm Tree Gallery. In the early morning I went to the new covenant garden flower market to get last greenery to decorate Nikki Tibbles trees as I wished to create an immersive backdrop alongside my work. After creating the different series over the past few years it was a beautiful moment to finally have the opening in my hometown, where my incredible friend, the musician Flo Morrissey sang an inspiring acoustic set to finish the opening.
✦ The next day Flo and I went to LFW to watch the incredible Brazilian designer Barbara Casasola‘s new collection which was delicate and beautiful and set to music by Alessandra Leao. Happily we sat next to the lovely muse and writer Paula Goldstein discussing her new book that has just come out Voyage D’etudes, ‘A Girl’s Guide to the world! A place where the adventure of travel comes together as a scrapbook of human experience’ which features some of our mutual friend Amanda Charchian incredible photographs.
✦ That evening RED Valentino was having their new store launch with a spoiling dinner at Lulu’s where I was sat next to the gorgeous embroidery designer & model, Petra Palumbo who was telling me about all her exciting new projects.
✦ Back in Paris I met up with my good friend, actress Margo Stilley (The Royals & The Trip) to shoot for a new project featuring the new collection of bone inspired jewellery by Chilean artist Cosmo Gonik (Hadron Lepton).
