Each week our favourite art girls show us a thing or two about dressing with style. While they may not always be wearing the latest pieces or the biggest names from the runway, they nearly always school us about how to make an impact with the way they dress. Here are our favourite looks from this week!
Rosson Crow @rossoncrow
Rosson Crow looks drop dead gorgeous in this Moschino number at her solo show at New York gallery The Hole. We’re obsessed with the polkadots, and the black velvet gloves are everything!
Ewa Wilczynski @ewawilczynski
Kimonos and marble, what else?! Artist Ewa Wilczynski turns up the glamour by laying sumptuously in a kimono on top of a marble staircase. We’re all out now scouting out that perfect vintage kimono.
Christina You @christina_uoy
Christina You turns up the heat in this white bustier, tartan mini and big hoop combo, reminding us that a statement mini skirt is always a winner when teamed up with bags of confidence.

Here’s some things I learned last night. Two vodkas with @michijig before a step and repeat does make the experience more fun! @maxmara coats make me feel dick-swinging-gangsta: thank you to them for that. If a woman at the bar is yelling at you and you’re trying not to laugh, don’t look at @shantell_martin cos she’s cracking up too. @bfa do a nice job retouching and make up for the fact you did your own hair and makeup in flickering light (though I may have burned my neck with a curling iron. Oh.) @carolyntangel wants you to hold her hand and it’s adorable @shariloeffler ‘s eyebrows steal the show @michellehellman brings people OUT and most importantly… we will always, always turn up for @nyhomeless ? Because what they do, particularly during this time of year, could not be more important. Thank you for having me again @artwalkny
Zoe Buckman turned up to this year’s Art Walk auction in New York in a gorgeous floral dress. Later on in the night she teamed the look with a blue Max Mara coat that she described as “dick-swinging-gangsta” and we are totally here for it!
Wanwan Lei @wanwan_lei
Wanwan Lei just picked up the award for “Asia’s Most Stylish Lady”, and we can certainly see why in this dress. With its iridescent white skirt and blue velvet top, we can only dream of wearing something like this.
Florence Given @florencegiven
A girl’s only going to turn 21 once and Florence Given did it with style. She celebrated the big 2-1 in a shocking pink blouse, vintage leopard-print pants, sunglasses and a perfect blowout, making us all forget that it’s almost freezing in London. Happy birthday Floss!
Kimberly Drew @museummammy
Museum Mammy is giving us some serious goddess vibes in this princess look for Essence Magazine.
Dasha Zhukova @dasha
Of course Dasha Zhukova was invited to Takashi Murakami’s 50th birthday. Instead of going for something expected, Dasha turned up in this gorgeous red pant-suit to celebrate the legendary Japanese artist’s half-century with a traditional tea ceremony.

Not many girls put pull off all black, gold chains and shades inside, but then not many art girls are Ashley Longshore. The artist painted her trademark leopard spots in New York this week, and made sure to pose in front of them for the world to see.
