Jeff Koons Tulips Spring Up In Paris
After being rejected by the Palais de Tokyo, Jeff Koons’s tulips will bloom by the Champs Elysee. The work is a memorial to the victims of the 2015 terrorist attacks in Paris. The 40 feet tall sculpture will be installed in the gardens behind Paris’s Petit Palais and will be ready by Nuit Blanche on October 5.
