KAWS To Exhibit In London


BLACKOUT will take place at Skarstedt Gallery throughout October and will feature paintings and sculptures. The artist is teasing his fans by posting small fragments of the new work on his Instagram feed. We can’t wait to see what’s in store!
 
Kenny Scharf’s New Exhibition Tackles Climate Change


Climate change is very 2019, and Kenny Scharf’s new show at Honor Fraser in LA focuses on global environmental issues. Optimistically Melting will be on display until November 16.
 
David Hockney Moves Out Of LA

David Hockney has decided to move out of LaLa land. Why? Because he says you are unable to smoke virtually anywhere in America. He is relocating to Normany, France, where he can smoke and paint all day.
 
Daniel Arsham Displays Eroded Objects In Istanbul

During an upcoming exhibition titled Self Sculpture at Les Benjamins in Istanbul, Daniel Arsham will exhibit a series of eroded sculptures inspired by his own possessions. The decaying works include Air Jordan 3’s made from volcanic ash to a pink selenite Snoopy phone.
 
Q-Tip To Exhibit Collection At Bonhams New York


Having amassed a collection of works from artists including Richard Prince and Nina Chanel Abney, Q-Tip’s collection will be exhibited at Bonhams in New York from September 20 through October 4.

Art Basel To Launch Abu Dhabi Event

Art Basel Inside will launch in Abu Dhabi next year between February 14 and 16. The event will include site-specific commissions and installations and will be curated by Marc-Olivier Wahler of the Musee d’Art et d’Histoire in Geneva.
