The artist behind Burberry’s first Xmas with Riccardo Tisci
It also sneak peeks the upcoming collaboration with Vivienne Westwood.

For the latest Burberry campaign, London-based artist Juno Calypso offers up her version of the spirit of Christmas. Starring supermodel Naomi Campbell, her mother Valerie Morris-Campbell, musician M.I.A. and actors Matt Smith and Kristin Scott Thomas, Burberry celebrates festive traditions with the visually beautiful film.

The campaign not only includes an all-star cast but also showcases pieces from its signature collection; as well as revealing a sneak peek of the upcoming collaboration with Vivienne Westwood.
The Christmas campaign, titled “Close Your Eyes and Think of Christmas”, marks the first from the British fashion house since Riccardo Tisci took over from Christopher Bailer as creative director in May.

Juno’s advert celebrates a thrilling few months for Burberry which found itself surpassing its profit expectations and welcoming a new logo designed by Peter Saville in early August. The new logo can be seen  throughout the film, from staring on a silk scarf to adoring train seat covers.

The highlight of Juno’s campaign comes near the end, when Campbell appears lovingly alongside her mother, Morris-Campbell.

The campaign highlights a new beginning for Tisci and celebrates Burberry’s ability to combine sophisticated garments against a truly British backdrop, which Juno showcased perfectly.
