Elie Saab, Zuhair Murad, Georges Hobeika, Reem Akra…Beirut is home to some of the  most luxurious fashionistas. Last week, the Lebanese capital played host to the 10th Beirut Art Fair and the 3rd Beirut Design Fair. You can bet all of the Lebanese art girls came out in their finest attire, and here we present you with the best dressed!
