New York’s Lehmann Maupin Gallery is currently showing Catherine Opie’s portraits of silver screen legend Elizabeth Taylor, as well as her home and belongings. Not only are the photos some of the last Taylor ever starred in, they provide an intimate (and often drool-worthy) glimpse into the private life of a public icon.
