They say robots will replace most jobs in the future – cashiers and bank tellers are one thing, but models? Dolce & Gabbana put drones out on the runway to strut their latest line of handbags last Sunday for their Secrets & Diamonds event, where they shocked Anna Wintour and gang with their Fall/Winter 2018 collection brought out by floating drones. It didn’t come without a warning: Guests were asked to turn off their mobile phone WiFi, as it would affect the fleet of drones and their steady performance on the runway. The best part? Each drone was crowned with a glowing crystal-like orb. Next up: Drones are becoming fashionable themselves.
