Kylie Jenner’s baby daddy rapper Travis Scott is releasing a new album called Astroworld and the album art was done by pop photographer David Lachapelle. The circus-themed shots feature the rapper’s face with an=n open, gaping mouth alongside a group of sexy female dancers with huge derrieres (no surprise, I suppose). But things got controversial when it was leaked that the shoot initially featured Amanda Lepore but she was taken out in the final cut.
“Amanda was taken out because she just upstaged everyone,” wrote LaChapelle in a comment on Instagram. He then told a fan online that removing her had nothing to do with transphobia.
Scott posted on Instagram that “Astroworld is about love and expression not hate,” writes the rapper. “I have nothing but respoect for the LGBTQ community.”
