It’s a bitter news to learn that Damien Hirst was sued by Canadian artist and jewellery designer Colleen Wolstenholme for allegedly plagiarising her pill charm bracelets. Accusing Hirst of wilfully creating and disseminating the design, Wolstenholme stated in the suit filed at Manhattan federal court in early June that both the motif and imagery was originated from her in 1996.
