What you’ll be doing

Our new Art Director will play a leading role in the conception and implementation of performance-oriented campaigns and digital brand experiences surrounding our clients’ products and services.

• Together with your talented teammates, you develop contemporary communication concepts
• You act as a facilitator and coordinator of our creative team and work in close collaboration with our consulting team
• You coordinate photo and video productions with internal and external partners
• You conceptualise and execute contemporary motion design systems
• Communicating your vision for a project to both our team and the client
• Collaborating with and managing external resources such as freelancers
• Project managing and instructing all members of the team involved in the creative process
• Supporting our team in acquiring new clients and in diverse tasks that will help us grow

Does this sound like you?

• You’ve got a minimum of 3 years in a similar role with a demonstrable track record of turning ideas into exceptional visual concepts
• You are accustomed to graphic design, motion design and video or photo productions
• You have a talent to turn concepts into visual worlds while keeping the end goal in mind
• You can demonstrate that you are able to work on different visual styles
• You thrive when you work with others and feel energised whenever engaging with clients
• You have a professional command of the English language (German is a plus)
• You are imaginative and a doer at the same time – bringing ideas to life gets you going
• Working in a young, fast-paced and fun environment is up your alley

Familiarity with the following interfaces

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma and/or Sketch
• Microsoft Office
