We are looking for a highly enthusiastic art lover to join the Team of Biennale Gherdëina 9. Small in size, yet maturing over the years to become one of the most eagerly awaited events on the global art scene, this edition of the Biennale Gherdëina, curated by Lorenzo Giusti with Marta Papini as associate curator.
This role will provide good exhibition mediation and surveillance support in one of Biennale Gherdëina’s main venues throughout Val Gardena. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to be be solution – oriented in a dynamic environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and engage visitors, provide information, and facilitate discussions about artworks. Demonstrate enthusiasm and share knowledge with visitors.
Monitor artworks and exhibition spaces for safety. Report issues promptly.
Adapt to changes and assist with additional duties as needed.

Essentials Skills & Requirements
· Based in Alto Adige/South Tyrol
· Art Enthusiast
· Art Studies are a Plus
· Fluent in English and Italian and/or German.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proactive and flexible to work weekends and/or schedule changes.
· Problem-solving mindset and willingness to help where needed.
