JOB OVERVIEW

PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE:

The Assistant Manager of Creative Operations will help manage global creative skincare programs and communicate with cross-functional partners to facilitate the creative process, ensuring adherence to project-defined guidelines and timetables. This candidate should be highly organized and detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be a proactive self-starter who can hit the ground running.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Assist in managing EL global creative programs/assets including all international variants and market collateral offerings, with a focus on digital.

· Help drive timelines, facilitate creative reviews/approvals, and communicate delivery expectations to all necessary teams.

· Partner with the Creative and Shoot Production teams to ensure priorities are clearly established and achieved within time and budget.

· Attend weekly status meetings with Creative/Shoot Production/Copy teams to ensure projects are moving smoothly.

· Capture milestone dates and overall timelines regularly validating and adjusting timelines as needed.

· Partner closely with cross-functional teams to receive creative requests, facilitate, and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycle (timelines, routing, job prioritization).

· Manage creative review agendas and help maintain asset/copy trackers.

· Meet with the Manager of Creative Operations weekly to establish priorities and goals.

· Learn and comprehend the upcoming launches in the global marketing calendar.

· Provide support for the Operations team including the distribution of final art, layouts, copy, and match prints when necessary.

· Work with the Manager of Creative Operations to support other programs and Operations Team functions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· BA or (equivalent working experience) and 3+ years relevant work experience.

· Prior experience managing the creation of digital assets.

· Must be organized with strong communication and project management skills.

· The ability to manage time and work independently or with a team.

· Interest and willingness to refine processes in an operational creative environment.

· Proficiency using MAC systems platforms.

· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Adobe programs a plus (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).

· Knowledge of creative, operations, or shoot production functions within a cosmetics industry a plus.
