This landmark role demands an ambitious, operational leader who can translate a creative vision conceived by Founder Lina Lazaar, into an operational reality. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a complex, multidisciplinary cultural space, overseeing diverse programming across physical and digital platforms, leading a small collaborative team, and driving strategic financial planning. With a deep commitment to fostering cultural exchange, the COO will play a pivotal role in establishing Ibraaz as a dynamic international institution that empowers artists and creates meaningful dialogue.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in cultural institution management, exceptional leadership skills, and a genuine passion for arts and cross-cultural engagement.
