ChildOne is currently looking for a client manager.TasksResponsibilities:
- Reaching out to the leads through phone calls, messages, emails.
- Leading potential customers to the moment of purchase by organising trial classes, explaining the price policy and demonstrating your expertise.
- Working with CRM systems and running regular analysis and reporting.
- Coordination of regular classes and managing client relationships.
RequirementsWho we look for:
- English native/fluent speaker
- Located in European time zones
- Sales/client manager experience is strongly preferred
- Responsible, organized and hardworking
- A sociable, energetic and flexible person with a positive attitude to life, with a good sense of humor, who loves people and knows how to find an approach to them
- Engaged in self-education and eager to learn new things
- Able to keep multiple tasks in mind at the same time
- Likes experiments at work to find the best solutions to a problem
- Has a laptop with stable internet connection
- Self-employed or ready to become one in the near future
Key skills:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Grammatically correct speech
- Ability to have persuasive conversation over the phone, messengers and email
- Client-centric: ability to listen, understand the clients and suggest the right solution
