Our client, an Arts Non-Profit in Los Angeles, is looking for a Director of Programs to join their leadership team. This role oversees the strategic design, execution, and evaluation of all the public and youth-serving programs. Key responsibilities include leading program planning and policy development; supervising program staff; managing registrarial functions such as loan agreements and shipping; streamlining operational workflows; and acting as a liaison with educational, museum, and community partners. The Director will mentor the Programs team, promote a culture of inclusion, track program impact, and represent the organization at events, among other duties. Ideal candidates will bring 6–8+ years in program management, experience with exhibition operations, and a strong commitment to equity, access, and the arts.
