JOB OVERVIEW

In this fast-paced project management role, you will be managing an existing portfolio of Cadogan Tate’s Fine Art and High Value sector client accounts.

The Fine Art Coordinator is responsible for

providing first class project management and coordination expertise.
developing sales and generating new prospects
maintaining an overview of existing and potential client accounts and market sectors
targetting potential new clients and market sectors to generate increased margins and profitability

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all shipping aspects of Cadogan Tate’s client requirements are adhered to
Assuming ownership and responsibility for managing the client experience ensuring client satisfaction and that expectations are exceeded
Forward planning of all operational requirements to ensure adequate resources
Liaising with clients regarding their consignment/project and managing the resolution of any operational issues

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

A proven background in client management
Project management experience
Experience of fine art logistics with an understanding of air, sea and road procedures
Able to work collaboratively as well as prioritising own workload and responsibilities
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Competent IT skills
Knowledge of fine art handling and the systems and practices used in the shipping, storage, casing and installation of artwork through various sectors of the fine art and creative industries
