Job Description:
We are looking for a charismatic and responsible personality who wants to meet the
challenges of an international, medium-sized company, who likes to work in a team and keeps
an overview even in turbulent phases.
The position involves organizing and coordinating the secretarial processes in direct
collaboration with the entire team (production and workshops, accounting, studio
management, etc.). In addition, fluent communication with two colleagues is essential and
must ensure a smooth flow of information.
Your tasks:
• Administrative day-to-day business (telephone, e-mail correspondence, mail
processing, data maintenance, etc.)
• Travel planning and booking
• Reception & support of guests
• Organization of city transportation
• Cash desk & preparatory accounting
• Planning and coordination of cleaning team
Your skills:
• You are self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced team environment and
independently.
• You have several years of professional experience in office management.
• We expect a high degree of personal responsibility and the ability to work in a team.
• You work with attention to detail and you are able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• You have excellent interpersonal communication skills; a high level of social
competence and you feel confident within professional interaction.
• You have preferably excellent writing skills and basic copy-editing skills.
• You have already worked in institutions of art and culture or architectural offices and
are interested in contemporary art and architecture.
Language requirements:
This position requires very good knowledge of German and excellent written and spoken
English. Other foreign language skills are an advantage.
