The General Manager is a hands-on stabilisation and delivery role that partners closely with the Executive Director to keep Artspace running smoothly while strengthening the organisation’s systems for the next phase. The GM leads day-to-day operations, finance, governance and HR so the Executive Director can focus on artistic leadership and external relations. The role acts as the operational anchor across teams—translating strategy into clear plans, budgets, timelines and accountabilities—while modelling an inclusive, high-performance culture.
