Founded in Portland with the intent to scale and grow women-owned businesses, we aim to create top industry competitors within the beauty, lifestyle, and fashion product or service-based industries.

This role is ideal for someone who has a creative and unique approach to social media content creation and design. An impressive and unique portfolio is required. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping female-led brands and wants to establish themselves as a top-performing designer.

We are looking for a kind, efficient, self-motivated social media manager who specializes in graphic design to join our team. This position will be a part-time role that will grow into full-time within the first 6-months. This position is mostly remote and only available to US applicants.

We are looking for someone with:

• Excellent design skills (Canva a must, Adobe a plus)
• Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to capture brand tone of voice
• Experience with Later or Plannable, WhatsApp, Slack, and Notion a plus
• Experience in a client facing role (AKA really good communication skills)
• Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok creative management is a must
• Influencer marketing and Paid ads experience (Facebook, Instagram) a MAJOR bonus
