Job Description
Where and when could you start the internship with us?

Starting from 27th May 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Art Buying team.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the in finding and scouting the right Talent for each print or digital concept and managing the process of producing images and contents.
• Support the area manager in managing projects regarding the organization of photo and video shoots.
• Support in analysis of resources and needs, negotiation, discussion of contracts, management of all the activities and working groups (such as video studio).
  
  

What will you learn with us?

• Support the team in finding and scouting talents
• Suport the manager of the team in research, analysis and activities management
• Ensure the projects’ compliance with creativity, budget and timeframe
  
  

What are the basics?

• You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Humanities, communication, Economics.or related fields.
• Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.

• Fluency in English and Italian are required.
• Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  
  

How will the Recruitment process look like?

The selection process will be starting in March 2024

• You should apply on the career site section at Gucci.com
• If your profile meets the listed requirements and your resume stands out, you will be asked to complete a Cognitive Aptitude test (+ technical test/excel if required)
• After the test result, you will be invited for the first interview with the Talent Acquisition Team in April 2024.
• The last step of the recruitment process will be a final interview with the hiring manager and HRBP.
