The Story about this position

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Head of Digital Marketing to join our awesome Digital team! You will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the day-to-day digital marketing strategy. Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company’s success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and utilizing different digital marketing channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy and promotional plan
  • Lead the strategic and operational management of all paid digital marketing activities (search engine marketing/optimization, promoted social posts and paid social activities).
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
  • Measure and oversee online content for paid campaigns
  • Responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks
  • Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis
  • Anticipate sales performance trends
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Plan, launch, optimize and measure the performance of paid marketing campaigns.
  • Build out tracking and reporting tools to monitor and optimize the performance with a view to increasing sales and optimizing ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – from creative to product marketing – to deliver consistent brand messaging and experiences.
  • Work with external agencies for campaign management and asset creation.
  • Coordinate efforts across teams for owned, earned, and paid channels in development, maintenance, and implementation of single integrated marketing calendar.
  • Be the audience specialist using data and insights to optimise user journeys, experience, and communication.
  • Organize and lead digital marketing team
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Perform other team duties as assigned

Your profile

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the field of digital marketing in a manager role within a global or EMEA scope.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing conversion-driven digital marketing campaigns.
  • Results driven, analytically minded, comfortable with data deriving insights to action.
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills working effectively across functional teams.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing accounts and platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics.
  • Natural digital curiosity with in-depth awareness and passion for learning the marketplace, consumer trends, evolving digital media practices and industry standard methodologies.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to the changing needs of our brand and business.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills any other language is a plus
  • Knowledge of the art market is a plus
