Our client, an Artist Studio in London, is looking for a Head of Production to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic production plans; ensuring the technical viability of projects; maintaining the highest standards of quality and longevity in all artworks; leading the production team, including both internal and freelance production staff; cultivating an innovative and precise environment; and establishing and fostering relationships with top-tier suppliers, technicians, and other external partners. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in a senior production or project management role within the arts, design, or engineering sectors, and should have a strong track record in executing large-scale and intricate projects. Candidates with expertise in 3D modeling software (especially Rhino), a deep understanding of materials and fabrication techniques relevant to sculpture, and exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are invited to apply.
