Context and purpose of the job

You will be part of the digitalization project for our vintage archive, focusing on women’s accessories of the brands Giorgio Armani and Emporio Armani. You will be responsible for managing and preserving our accessories archive. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury fashion and its history, as well as exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in organizing, cataloging and maintaining the accessories archive, ensuring all items are properly preserved and documented
• Implement and follow best practices for the preservation of our archive of accessories to ensure their integrity and longevity
• Collaborate with other departments, providing access to the archive
• Support in coordinating the digitalization of the archive, including photographing and digitally cataloging items to facilitate access and consultation

Requirements

Must have skills

• Fluent both in Italian and English

• Deep knowledge of luxury fashion and the history of accessories
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams

Nice to have skills

• Previous experience in similar roles
• Proficiency in using Digital Asset Management software (DAM)
• Interest for fashion
