Internship at the Auction House (Full-Time, 2–3 Months)
We are currently offering an internship for motivated people with an interest in art, culture, and the auction business. During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insight into the diverse work processes of an auction house and support our specialists in all departments.
Your Responsibilities:
• Support with incoming goods and consignments
• Reception duties and client communication
• Assistance with art historical research across departments
• Help with the setup and presentation of our preview exhibitions
• Participation in auction-day operations and post-sale processes
• Support with various logistical tasks
Your Profile:
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Business-level fluency in English
• Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online research tools
• Familiarity with art-historical research databases (e.g. Kubikat, ZI) is a plus
• Independent, structured work style and strong team spirit
• Genuine interest in art, culture, and the auction world
Internship Details:
• Duration: 2–3 months
• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30
• Additional support during the auction preview and auction days
