We are looking for a full time Junior CRM Specialist, based at our San Gimignano gallery in Italy.

POSITION

As a Junior CRM Specialist, you will be part of the Marketing Team based in San Gimignano. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will support the sales team in implementing and optimizing our CRM contact strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Data entry according to our tags and categories

Reorganisation of historically archived data according to tags, categories and lists

Regular analysis/reporting of campaign performance aimed at increasing the effectiveness of our contact and content strategy

Maintaining and optimising current automated communications and potential future implementations

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication or similar

At least 1 year experience in a similar role with a focus on both online and offline marketing activities

Knowledge of the English language

Strong organisational skills as well as flexibility, an analytical mindset and a desire to make meaningful change

Results oriented

Excellent knowledge of Excel

Knowledge of CRM tools

HOURS AND LOCATION

Full time Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm or 10am – 7pm

Workplace: (On-site) San Gimignano, Italy.
