It’s sharing a world class art collection for millions to admire
It’s being inspired to deliver to the very highest standards. And it’s the satisfaction of presenting and preserving one of the world’s greatest and most diverse art collections. This is what makes working for Royal Collection Trust so different.
From paintings, photographs and watercolours, to furniture, ceramics and jewellery, the Royal Collection contains a huge range of objects, and our loans programme helps ensure the collection can be enjoyed all over the world.
Joining at the heart of our Fine Arts team, you’ll be responsible for co-ordinating loans worldwide from this remarkable collection.
You’ll oversee all aspects of our loans programme. Arranging insurance, packing, couriers and transportation, preparing contracts and reports, and maintaining records in the central database, you’ll make sure everything’s in place for a seamless process.
As a key point of contact, you’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, drawing on conservation and curatorial expertise to ensure the safety and security of each item.
The standards you’ll aim for will provide the biggest challenge, and the greatest reward. After all, the results of your work will ensure our breathtaking collection is seen by new audiences.
