The Job

Coordinate marketing activities in HK on behalf of the Company to ensure brand consistency for all internal and external marketing. Liaise with the global and local teams to execute all marketing initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage select marketing activities in Asia, working closely with Asia marketing team members, regional offices and specialist teams to execute marketing initiatives, including media buys, as well as print and digital content.
  • Work closely with global marketing team to support Asia marketing, including coordination and implementation of bilingual email marketing.
  • Closely collaborate with PR & Communications team and Strategic Partnership & Events team to promote brand awareness.
  • Create English copy for various marketing channels including evites, newsletters, etc.
  • Support English editorial content by working with freelance writers and provide proofreading and article uploading.
  • Work with Global Digital team to execute website updates and digital performance analysis.
  • Support PPT creation according to branded template to support sales and marketing.
  • Work with in house designer to oversee the design of printed and digital materials.
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Professional Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a marketing role liaising with several internal stakeholders; experience in Marketing or Advertising agency advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix structured environment
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritize to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • “Roll up your sleeves” attitude with a proactive mindset
  • Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint

Education and Training

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

Working Conditions

  • Work is primarily undertaken in our Hong Kong Office
  • Weekend and after-hour work may be required
  • Travel may be required
