Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics in form of integrated marketing plans for Art Basel’s digital products.
  • Lead creative brief development with internal creative team and/or external agencies.
  • Drive creative production of marketing material and campaign assets that conform with Art Basel’s brand positioning.
  • Craft promotional plans in collaboration with owned channel leads (email, social, web) & paid media experts.
  • Continually leverage key insights from audience to develop and refine integrated marketing strategies.
  • Review and synthesise weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs, turning insight into actionable marketing plans and generate steady growth for the digital products.
  • Monitor competitor activities; identify trends and implement new digital initiatives.
  • Perform other team duties within the marketing topic as assigned

Your profile

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of omnichannel marketing, including expertise across digital platforms.
  • Natural digital curiosity with in-depth awareness and passion for learning the marketplace, consumer trends, evolving digital media practices and industry standard methodologies.
  • Results driven, analytically minded, comfortable with data deriving insights to action.
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills working effectively across functional teams.
  • Substantial understanding of marketing analytics and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to the changing needs of our brand and business.
  • Knowledge of the art market is a plus
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills with a strong sense of storytelling.
