The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is seeking a Membership Engagement Coordinator who will be responsible for systematically planning, delivering and analysis of acquisition and retention strategies that drive NGV Membership initiatives.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

You will be responsible for the maintenance and data integrity of the customer database for the NGV Members area and coordinating the production and delivery of NGV Membership print and electronic correspondence, ensuring appropriate timeframes are met. Other key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with senior staff to plan, deliver and analyse strategies for acquisition and retention including drawing upon existing and projected data and trends, and using all aspects of Membership engagement to compile and present reports, presentations and proposed campaigns or other initiatives to maximise NGV Membership.
• Undertaking administrative duties as required, including developing source materials and liaising with NGV Members through one-to-one engagement, feedback and enquiries.
• Managing NGV Members staff to achieve key performance indicators and maintain NGV customer service standards, including mentoring, and providing individual and team performance feedback.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in developing and evaluating a range of strategies specific to engaging a membership group in a large organisation, along with high level capability to analyse and project Membership success based on data and analysis.
