Our client, a Contemporary Gallery, is looking for a Post Sale Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as front line support for the gallery’s sales consultants; responding to operational sales and client issues; artwork quality and condition assessments; liaising with suppliers to manage on-going orders, timeframes, and cost management; assisting the Operations department with supplier deliveries and collections; coordinating logistics and installations for the UK and overseas appointments; and liaising with the Shipping department to ensure timely deliveries to clients, among other duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. Candidates with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within the arts or luxury goods are invited to apply.
