MTArt Agency has been supported by a number of established investors and funds, including Frederic Jousset, Todd Ruppert, Simon de Pury and Saul Klein.

As we grow, we are looking for a highly capable, reliable, and detail-focused Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale art projects, installations, and creative partnerships.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on logistics, timelines, spreadsheets, and getting things done. You’ll work at the heart of the production team, responsible for turning ambitious ideas into a practical, well-executed reality.

From installing monumental public artworks to managing global artist activations with commercial brands, you’ll coordinate with artists, fabricators, suppliers, venues, and clients. You’ll manage timelines, logistics, and budgets, often juggling multiple projects at once. You’re resourceful, solution-oriented, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves to make sure every detail is right.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project management of complex art and brand partnership projects—from initial scoping to final delivery.
  • Budget management: create, track, and reconcile project budgets with accuracy and accountability.
  • Production coordination: liaise with artists, fabricators, and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless installation and execution.
  • Scheduling and planning: build detailed timelines and ensure all parties stay on track.
  • Problem solving: quickly identify and resolve production challenges, logistics issues, or last-minute changes.
  • Client communication: maintain clear, professional updates to internal and external stakeholders throughout.
  • Compliance & risk management: ensure all installations comply with health and safety, insurance, and legal requirements.
  • Documentation: create pre-project proposals and post-project reports, case studies, and documentation for internal and client use.

You’re a great fit if you…

  • Have 3+ years’ experience in project or production management, ideally in art, design, architecture, exhibitions, or similar.
  • Have direct experience managing public art, exhibitions, or large-scale creative installations.
  • Are obsessed with organisation, structure, and efficiency—you love a clear process.
  • Are confident with budgets and numbers—spreadsheets don’t scare you.
  • Have a DIY mentality—you like fixing problems and making things work, even when plans change.
  • Have great people skills and can handle multiple stakeholders with professionalism and calm.
  • Are familiar with working with artists, creatives, and brand partners in a production capacity.
  • Are confident using project management tools (Asana, Monday, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Are based in London and happy to travel occasionally for installations.

What You’ll Get

  • The chance to work on internationally recognised projects at the intersection of art, culture, and innovation.
  • A collaborative, fast-paced, and purpose-driven team.
  • A supportive and inspiring environment with opportunities to grow.
  • Hybrid working flexibility.
  • The chance to work closely with top-tier visual artists shaping contemporary culture.

We are reviewing applications on a rolling basis and will close the process once we’ve found the right candidate. We encourage early applications, as the role may be filled before the deadline. We expect to close applications by the end of April 2025 at the latest.
