o Experience needed in day-to-day HR management (holidays, sickness) setting yearly objectives, salary reviews, resource management and recruitment
Responsibilities
Sales Operations
- Oversee the management of the Views app:
- Work with app developers to address any technical issues
- Work closely with HR to manage account deactivation and creation
- Monitor collection updates to ensure information is current and works are published to the app before openings and events.
- GE rota and Saturday gallery cover.
- Manage desk allocations and office space bookings for the London sales team using the deskbird app.
- Participate in Sales, Finance, Registrar and HR meetings as required.
- Serve as a Sales business liaison to the project management office, focusing on Sales processes and digital transformation.
- Ad hoc projects
Key Responsibilities Team Management - Oversee day-to-day management of Sales administration team including: –
- Input into and management of yearly objective settings in line with relevant Directors / Associate Directors objectives and expectations of their administrator
- Management of yearly review process and communication regarding final assessment and bonus pay out
- Organising biweekly 1:1 catch-ups with admin team to track and address workload and priorities (as necessary)
- Organising quarterly check ins with relevant selling team to check admin performance
- Arranging and conducting 6 monthly performance reviews to create and track progress against objectives
- Leading recruitment of new starters including reviewing CVs, interviewing, providing training and successful on-boarding
- Managing departures from the team ensuring handovers are completed and contribute to restructuring solutions
- Manage holiday and sickness absences within the team
- Organise and oversee a mentorship structure within the sales administrator team
- Chair weekly London sales admin meetings, providing feedback to senior management re: issues raised
- Chair monthly global admin meetings and organising summer training and refresher sessions.
- Addressing issues related to the London admin team’s processes, escalating unresolved issues to department heads, and maintaining an updated issues log with outcomes communicated to the team.
