We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Professional to join an international art gallery
based in the UK. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, exceptional
relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the art market. As this is a remote position,
expertise in digital sales and presentations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
● Prospecting and Generating New Clients: Identify and attract potential clients interested in the
gallery’s artists, following the sale process from the beginning to the end. Ensure sales activities
comply with relevant laws and regulations. Uphold ethical standards and integrity in all dealings.
● Client relationship management: Developing and maintaining relationships to ensure the
satisfaction and loyalty of collectors.
● Setting Sales Targets: Reaching realistic sales targets, aligning them with the gallery’s objectives.
Allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
● Presentation and demonstration of artworks in digital environments: Negotiation and closing of
sales. Meeting sales targets.
● Contemporary Market Research: Analysis and full awareness of the market trends and
competitor activities, adapt strategies accordingly. Use insights to keep the gallery.

Requirements:
● Organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent domain of English and second language is a plus.
● Capability to increase the database of clients of the gallery.
● Familiarity with the contemporary art scene. – At least 4 years of commercial gallery /art trade/ art
dealer. – Experience working with international teams. – Mandatory requirement: Own portfolio of
clients and tracked record of sales.
Schedule: Flexible, related to comms. (aprox.10h/week)
