We’re looking for a dedicated Studio Assistant to join us for up to 20 hours per week. This role is not only crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio and managing project budgets, but also involves working closely with the Founder, Justin, and contributing to the strategic growth of the studio.

- Client relationship management
- Support project management and budgeting
- Community management (240+ people freelancer Slack community)
- Email and calendar management
- File management
- Financial management and forecasting
- Team support and collaboration
- Profound knowledge working with Notion
- Utilize AI tools such as chatgpt or Notion AI
- Maintain a clean virtual workspace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Client relationship management and project management experience preferred
- Organizational skills required
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines required
- Ability to work independently required
- Interest in contributing to strategic business decisions and studio growth preferred
