The VP of Creative will conduct the look, feel, and messaging that takes our target customers on an emotional buyers’ journey through well-choreographed visualization and storytelling across all touchpoints. They will proactively develop creative strategies driven by company goals and vision, while upholding the brand experience, aiding brand awareness, recognition, and loyalty. Additionally, they are responsible for our multi-brand architecture and positioning strategy. The VP of Creative will lead a team of like-minded designers, writers, photographers, videographers, editors and suppliers to take concepts from draft through production completion. The role will primarily focus on premium D2C audiences, while also supporting efforts targeting B2B trade industries. They will maintain project budgets and timely results of deliverables, to provide the creative assets needed to compel the market to interact with our brands, ultimately driving sales and revenue growth.


  • Proactively brings creative ideas to the table and ensures prioritized ideas are brought to life across a wide spectrum of media assets and channels
  • Provide clear and compelling creative direction, oversee the creation and execution for all marketing assets supporting a wide spectrum of digital and traditional media in a global omni-channel environment
  • Develop and formalize overarching brand architecture and positioning for a portfolio of related brands
  • Ensures brand consistency, cohesion, and authenticity across all channels
  • Lead a team of creative designers, writers, photographers, videographers, and editors along with third party suppliers
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, sales, and C-suite executives
  • Prioritize creative requests to meet timeline and budget expectations in a fast-paced dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Plan and Direct on-location photo shoots, studio shoots, and photo renderings
  • Prioritize and grow the creative asset library
  • Hands on management of print projects including materials selection, vendor negotiation, and press checks


  • 8+ years’ experience in design, creative, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in team management, including managing creative teams
  • Diverse portfolio of creative work and leadership with well-established consumer brands
  • You are a highly experienced creator with an impressive portfolio of campaigns that you have designed and developed
  • Examples of creating and/or formalizing brand architecture and positioning
  • Self-driven leader able to work in a fast moving, ever-changing cross-functional team environment
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of unique audience segments and an ability to craft messages accordingly
  • Demonstrated expertise in a broad array of areas including multi-channel campaigns, advertising, ecommerce, social media, packaging, user experience, digital, and print
  • Highly organized with good project management skills. Able to juggle multiple, and sometimes, conflicting priorities and needs
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, organized and detail-oriented while upholding the big picture
  • Proactive in nature and driven to act with a sense of urgency; able to work well under pressure and with demanding deadlines
  • Ability to give and receive critical feedback and constructive criticism, including openness to coaching, advice, and input from manager and other team members
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
