Young People’s Marketing Manager
Advancement

Fixed-term until 31 December 2025
£31,779 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the British Museum for a Marketing Manager to create engaging marketing campaigns focused on attracting young audiences, aged 16 – 24.

You will work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Communications, and Learning and National Partnerships to develop a portfolio of marketing activity. This role is part of the British Museum Greengross Young People’s Programme.

About you:

You will possess a range of communications and strategic marketing experiences and understand key methodologies and techniques to deliver outstanding communications. You will have experience with or qualifications in marketing, digital marketing, and social media. With excellent negotiation and influencing skills you will engage colleagues and audiences while informing campaigns and activity. High levels of written and verbal communication with ability to write and develop short, medium and long-term plans is a key requirement.

Experience working with and advocating for young people, is also essential.
