We remember Katy Perry dressed as cheeseburger during the MET gala; she didn’t only inspire our wardrobe staples but also a viral pasta dish.
Just a day after the event, Seattle based chef, Linda Miller Nicholson, shared a photo of a handmade ravioli that looks exactly like a classic cheeseburger, complete with a sesame bun and filled with bolognese sauce.
Nicknamed “pasta ninja”, Nicholson creates the most Instagram worthy pasta, which she started to do so as a kid. From Kusama-style polka dot bikinis to 70s rainbow sweatbands, and now the cheeseburger shape, her creations makes us almost drool on our keyboards.
She first got the idea to incorporate vegetables into her flour and egg dough mixture to get her son to eat some veggies when he was going through a “picky eater phase.” Sometimes it’s good to be particular, we love these pasta shapes!
