Christie’s may have been at the helm of that Beeple sale, but Sotheby’s could be in for a win with this one. The auction house is selling off the first NFT ever minted in its first curated NFT sale Digitally Native. The star of the show is Kevin McCoy’s Quantum, the first ever NFT to be minted in 2014. The bidding for the New York sale starts at $100 and will run between June 3 and June 10, we can’t wait to see how this goes down!
Carmen Electra Gets In On The NFT Action
Now here’s something we never saw coming! Carmen Electra is collaborating with NFT collector @jeffbezos4skin in a drop that will include the opportunity to use her cleavage as a canvas for art. Flip flops and NFTs? Sure! Havaianas dropped its first NFT collection on May 12 with Brazilian artist Adhemas Batista, with whom the brand has collaborated since 2005.
