It appears that British sculptor Anish Kapoor is not just drawing lines in the sand when it comes to his floor pieces – just last week, his piece “
Descent into Limbo” (1992), which looks like a black hole in the middle of the ground of an art gallery, is actually, really, a black hole – eight feet deep at that.

Even though there were warning signs and security guards, a 60-year-old man was recently put in a hospital after he fell inside Kapoor’s piece at the Serralves museum in Porto, Portugal.

According to a spokesperson from the museum, the visitor is alright and is almost ready to return home.

Currently, the installation is temporarily closed, but the museum notes that it will reopen in a matter of days as part of Kapoor’s solo show entitled “Works, Thoughts, Experiments,” which runs view until January 6, 2019.
