Taxi cabs and art aren’t too often associated (unless we’re talking grabbing a cab to some far-flung opening), but that’s all changing in India, where designers are breathing new life into tired taxi interiors, transforming them into glorious miniature worlds we’d tip handsomely to ride in. The project is courtesy of Taxi Fabric, a Kickstarter-funded campaign that has pledged support to 30 new designers and even earned the admiration of Coldplay front man Chris Martin, who recently shot a music video in one of the cars.
