A recent article via Stylist magazine in collaboration with workplace solutions expert Adam Butler, founder, and CEO of Officeology has exposed what office culture gives Gen Z the ick. Alongside, asking Butler, the Stylist team also perused the go-to cultural barometer, TikTok to identify the most common office culture pet peeves among Gen Z which were:

2. Being given a Dell laptop
3. Making awkward noises to fill the void on video calls
4. Friday afternoon meetings
