Vivienne Westwood: The Personal Collection at Christie’s

This week Christie’s announced the ‘Vivienne Westwood: The Personal Collection‘ auction, featuring over 200 lots spanning four decades of the iconic designer’s career. Proceeds from the sales benefit The Vivienne Foundation, Amnesty International, and Médecins Sans Frontières, with a free public exhibition at Christie’s headquarters in London from June 14 to 24. Archie Moore’s ‘Kith and Kin’ wins at La Biennale di Venezia

Archie Moore, an Australian First Nations Artist, made history by clinching the prestigious Golden Lion prize for Best National Participation at the 60th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia with his piece ‘Kith and Kin’. Through this work, Moore intricately illustrates his Kamilaroi, Bigambul, and British ancestry spanning 65,000 years, using white chalk on black walls.
