Did you know that Seth Rogan loves ceramics? The Canadian-American actor, producer, screenwriter, and director can now add potter to his CV after he began learning pottery during the lockdown in 2019. Shortly after mastering the craft, Rogen introduced the world to Houseplant, created in partnership with his longtime friend and collaborator Evan Goldberg. Houseplant is a company selling weed alongside beautiful home goods including ceramic smoking accessories he designs, geared toward stoners who like ‘nice things’. We particularly love his gloopy glaze ashtrays, inspired by his personal vintage collection.
Now Rogan has teamed up with Airbnb to offer fans a chance to book a getaway at the Houseplant founder’s creative space, a 1918-built Los Angeles bungalow, all for $42 USD a night. Rogen himself will be there to give visitors a pottery class, get ‘glazed’, offer a tour of the property, and generally hang out! The house recently featured in Architectural Digest includes mid-century-furnishing and heaps of open space to unleash your artistic side in. U.S. resident pot(tery) lovers and their best buds can request to book this overnight stay. Bookings can be made for one of three, one-night stays on February 15, 16, or 17. Also, as part of our collaboration with Airbnb, Houseplant will be making a one-time donation to Hilarity for Charity, a national non-profit.
