Celebrity artists are far-reaching today, especially since Brad Pitt and Jim Carrey are making waves with emotional and politically-charged art.
Now, Channing Tatum is becoming the latest Hollywood fixture to try being an artist.
Just like Pitt, Tatum, turned to art after splitting from his wife. And he started to make Picasso’s Blue Period painting ‘The Old Guitarist’ in clay, which must not have wire at its base, because the sculpture is literally falling over in his living room.
But as the actor-artist posted his progress on Twitter, he also gave an explanation as to why this piece is not his first masterpiece: “This was my attempt at creating a sculpture of Picasso’s Guitarist. It’s was starting out ok. Then i had to get different clay for the hands. Then my daughter destroyed it. Hahahaha oh well. Start a new.”
