From the British designer who had Rose McGowan front row at her Paris Fashion Week presentation last week, Vivienne Westwood is at it again, but this time, is the subject of a new documentary out this month. Directed by Lorna Tucker, known for producing short fashion films for the designer (not to mention Nike and Alexander McQueen), this new documentary follows the red-haired punk activist through her breakthrough in the 1970s, key designs, her environmental activism and beyond. There are interviews with her collaborators, friends and family, like her son Joseph Corré. Expect to see old film footage and her Malcolm McLaren. Let’s hope it shows her genius, too.
