Just when you thought there could be no more pop-up museums, different kinds keep popping up.
This weekend, the Human’s Best Friend, a pop-up for dogs and dog lovers runs until Nov. 12, and naturally, it encourages you to bring your dogs to the museum (though an additional $10 fee will be charged per dog).
With rooms that range from kitchen to backyard, it feels like a funhouse for canines. But not without a purpose. As the pop-up’s website says: “Human’s Best Friend is a shareable experience for dogs and the humans who love them. Created to celebrate all things dog, travel through a series of technicolor environments that will have your tails wagging! This canine-centric world will feature adoptable dogs available for play, in partnership with a dozen local rescue organizations. 10% of profits will directly benefit the participating rescue organizations.”
