Remembering Alfredo Martinez: An Important Figure in the New York Art World

We pay tribute to New York artist Alfredo Martinez, who left an indelible mark on the art world. Martinez, known for faking Basquiat paintings and his involvement in Anna Delvey’s art show, passed away at 56 on August 21. Known for his unique art centered on guns and his involvement in intriguing art projects, he will be remembered as a prominent figure in New York’s art scene.
